Multi-protocol, multi-comms testing and verification

INQ Open Platform is the certification tool and a ground-breaking component-based transaction testing and verification environment. Born out of the conviction that existing test tools were either restrictive, supporting single protocols or communications channels, we have designed a comprehensive test environment with a switch-like interface between swappable protocol handlers and communications handlers.

INQ Open Platform can act in both issuer and acquirer modes within each handler, allowing full end-to-end testing. For example, you've just purchased a transaction switch and you want to test its characteristics under conditions of high loading? Not a problem. Simply run INQ Open Platform, set up the comms channel, build the business cases you want transacted and then click on 'Execute' and sit back and watch how both perform. INQ Open Platform can process at up to 100 transactions per second. If you need a higher throughput, simply parallel run as many copies of INQ Open Platform as you need.

Similarly, if you're a terminal manufacturer and need to test your terminal software against a compliant host system, simply set up the comms, click on 'Start' and INQ Open Platform will behave as a fully diagnostic and compliant host system, with complete audit trails at the communications, protocol and issuer levels.

INQ Open Platform supports PIN and Card verification in software as well as the processing for EMV Level 2 Credit and Debit Cards. The central database acts as a host system with account balances, transaction validation and merchant processing. Card details including balances, expiration dates, and spending limits can be imported from CAF and PBF files.
